Track Nation: August Club Session

We’re excited to be back at Lee Valley after the Commonwealth Games hiatus, and with an eye on the National Masters Champs just around the corner will be focusing on tuning up riders looking to peak at just the right time. There may be gates, there may even be a derny! We're also planning to accommodate newer riders too, so whatever your race or training plan get this in your diary!

As ever; all members are welcome and will be challenged at their level.

The session will of course be followed by a recovery social at Track Nation sponsor Mother Kelly's (a short walk from the velodrome) where all will be revealed about gear ratios and morphological exemptions!
