About the event
We’re excited to be back at Lee Valley again and will again be accommodating newer riders as well as those with more of a race focus and will be hosting para riders too! Whatever your race or training plan get this in your diary!
As ever; all members are welcome and will be challenged at their level. Full details of session devised and coached by Matt to follow in the chat but will be excellent as usual!

The session will of course be followed by a recovery social at Track Nation sponsor Mother Kelly's (a short walk from the velodrome) where all will be revealed about gear ratios and morphological exemptions and there is a free drink for each ticket too!!
