Think longer

A different position on the bike alters power output and riders need time to adapt. Always useful to spend longer periods in an 'aggressive' position for adaptation. Do a weekly longer ride on a TT bike (skis) or road bike with clip-ons for instance. And keep working on mobility!

The up-sizing refers mainly to 'uprights' or bunch bikes. On a pursuit bike, you'll want to give yourself more space for the arms, so use a shorter frame. That's if you have the luxury of using an upright as well as a lo-pro.
